Joints in Motion Physical Therapy & Wellness is a physical therapist-owned outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy clinic. It was established by Adam Smith, PT, OCS in Goose Creek, SC in 2011. Our therapists treat individuals suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological dysfunction. Our philosophy is to treat the INDIVIDUAL, not a condition, using manual therapy, movement science, and a focus on our patients’ unique goals.
